Flash Cut
Our in house Flash Cutting technology is a dieless, automated, reciprocating knife cutting system that utilizes a CNC machine to create custom parts in a matter of minutes. Direct from Auto CAD or SolidWorks files we can easily customize products to match your requirements.
We use an automatic nesting software that increases yields while lowering the cost of parts to optimize the utilization of the material. Rubbers, non asbestos gaskets, foam, cork and more can be easily cut by the oscillating knife system.
CAD Design
With accurate dimensions, photos and or technical reference material we can build out the appropriate CAD drawing to implement the material cutting process or order custom products from our overseas manufacturing partners. In house engineering is also available to provide the technical confidence in manufacturing quality control.
